“They were professional and adjusted to changes as the project progressed, they were always on time, and the estimate was spot on. I found them easy to work with and would use them again.”

Kris Kohrs has been building things since he was ten years old. It started with Legos and woodworking in his parents' garage in Kansas City. By high school he was doing real carpentry. Through the 1990s he worked inside two millwork companies, learning the trade from the inside out.
When his last employer shut down in 2000, Kris did not go look for another job. He started Precision Home Concepts LLC in 2001.
More than two decades later, he is still personally involved in every project. When you hire Precision Home Concepts, you get one accountable contractor and a clear standard: Quality. Precision. Integrity.
Precision Home Concepts is a full-service design-build contractor. One team handles design, permits, engineering coordination, and construction under one contract, reducing handoffs and eliminating finger-pointing between separate designers and builders.
We pull permits when required and coordinate inspections across the Kansas City metro so your project is planned and completed to the applicable code.
